Jenny got back into town late Friday night. I was upstairs working on the computer when she came in and I went downstairs to welcome all of them home. As I walked in front of the girls car seats which were parked on the floor next to the stairs, Emma looked up at me and she must have grinned for 5 minutes. Kate either was still really sleepy or just didn't care as much because she didn't smile at me for a while. Nice to be appreciated and recognized.

She brought a tv from her dad's. From what I gather its a '91 Sanyo to replace our less than crisp dumpster find that we are currently using. I was pretty excited. I hooked it up and evidently on the way from Tally to Bluffton, a bump or two caused the steering coils to shift and if you watch espn or another channel with straight lines crossing the screen, it is very evident that the screen is slanted. Kind of strange, but the picture is definately better regardless of the slant. Maybe I can bump it back into being straight.

Saturday, we went to Statesboro to see my family. Caroline had been at some artsy class making glass beads. Sorry, I may be threatening my man card here, but anything requiring the use of a propane torch is cool, including making jewelry. Argh, argh, argh. (Tim the Toolman Taylor bark to Caroline) My mom and Anna had been up at school making backdrop props for a play. My dad got a new toy within the last week. He got a LaserZ TurfRanger. I spent about an hour "mowing the grass" or playing around to be exact. The thing is a major player and could probably EAT the mowers the pro's use here on Hilton Head.

Sunday, we went to church and completed the difficult task of holding 6 month olds through church. It is getting more and more difficult. We ate lunch at the Miles' house. I went to officer training, night church, and then we went home.

And here it is Monday again... I hate Mondays.
