We welcome Mary Rose Martin to our family. She was born at 7:48am. She weighed 5lbs 9ozs and is 19 inches long!
We are 2 days out till Mary arrives. Hopefully Mary anyway, the room is all set for a girl. Ladybugs painted, the closet filled with all of E & K's old clothes (and a few new things). I am even in the process of making a pink camo carseat cover :) I keep having dreams every night though that she is really a boy though so who knows... If it is he can wear white for a while until we get to a store. The girls are doing good. They are very excited about all the grandparents coming in this weekend and every morning ask if today is the day they arrive. At least today is the last day that they will be disappointed.
Last night James and I went out and saw a friend of ours (dad of two sets of identical twins) become Ordained and Installed as the RUF campus minister here at USC. It was done on campus during the time of the normal RUF service and it was great to feel like I was back at RUF for a moment. James was excited that the pastor giving the sermon was John Stone an old RUF minister that he heard probably 8 years ago. Being around college kids is so different now though. We walked past a group of kids pretend sword fighting on the green at 8pm. While in college this would have been nothing to even take note of, now my mind quickly went to... they obviously have no bills to pay, kids to clean and feed etc. Not that I was bitter, I just felt like someone should sit them down and give them a talking to about reality.
Well the hospital that we are in has wireless internet for the guests/patients so we should be able to get up pictures and news quickly. Our set time is 7:30 am Friday.

A small glimpse into life at our house. The girls are still doing there best to sit in a lap that is slowly shrinking into oblivion. But they still work their hardest at only having "Mama do it."
